The outdoor rooms encase an internal garden with a solitary maple tree. The garden, underplanted with evergreens and a living floor of baby's tears, offers a clear line of sight from room to room through the glazed walls that surround it. Sliding doors open up the rooms to the deck stack over this centralised cube of green, enclosing it behind glass like a display case in a museum.
